Hello,
I’m new to forums but heard they’re good to get into for info etc
Here’s my issues: I bought a 2020 Ram 1500. Traded in a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado with 45K miles due to electrical issues.
I only have 700 miles on my truck. After owning the truck for a week I noticed a squeaking noise pretty apparent when driving over uneven roads at a slower rate of speed. I took it in to be looked at and the head shop attendant at my local Dodge dealer heard the noise clear as day but claimed his technicians couldn’t find anything wrong. My Silverado with all of those miles didn’t make this noise and my Toyota Matrix ‘05 with 200K miles that I traded in to the same dealer in ‘14 didn’t make this kind of noise. So pretty ridiculous in my opinion for a vehicle with less than 1000 miles on it to make this noise.
Issue #2: my Sirius satellite radio for 3days straight couldn’t obtain signal. I called Sirius and had them restart my account from scratch and resend the signal. Those attempts were unsuccessful so Sirius stated it had to be the receiver antenna and to take it to my local dealer to be looked at. I did this but they again were not able to figure out any issue (mainly because my Sirius radio kicked back into service on the way to the shop- of course right on time for them). It has happened twice since that appointment again which was a week ago.
Appreciate any help fellas!
