2020 ram 1500 Laramie 381 miles Back up camera not working

I haven’t had my new 1500 Laramie for a week and the backup cam isn’t working, WTH! anyone else have this?

I remember someone saying their back up camera stopped working and it turned out to be a loose connection at the camera .

day I left the dealer I had this issue. check the cables behind the radio. Takes less than 5 min. Check the wiring that goes to the tail gate as well.
