2020 Ram 1500 Rebel driver side heater not working well. I have checked the blend door actuator and it is good, took off the arm to the door and manually opened and closed the door, It sounds like the door is working as I can
hear it closing in both directions, When I tested manually heat still wasn't hot on drivers side. At one point I thought I could hear water going thru the system like running thru a hose.. Could there be air or a blockage in the system ?
It seems even at full heat the passenger side also isn't all that hot I don't look forward to removing the entire heating box. Any ideas?

my driver side is cold and passenger side is hot. Where did you find the blend door actuator? I took the glove box out but don’t see it. Any help would be appreciated

Did you ever find out what the issue was? I’m having cold air with the heat on the drivers side and was gonna try to replace the blend door actuator myself. I also have the water sounds so figured I’d see what you were able to find out. Thanks

I would check the coolant level first before taking anything apart.
