I have a 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie Sport. I bought it new in Nov of 2020. Last year. In September 2021 after work, I went to leave and the truck wouldn’t unlock. I had to use the convenience key to get into the truck. Once inside the truck the lower LED lights were on but the display nor the dash would come on. The truck would not start. After about 2 1/2 hours, something reset and I was able to start it. Went almost another year with no issues then about a month ago same problem. Took it back to the dealer and there were 21 stored error codes. But nothing active. Dealer couldn’t recreate the problem. Talked to dealer I purchased it from they said RF Hub should fix the issue. Dealer changed RF Hub no problem for a week. Then this morning I went to go take my mom to dialysis and again the same problem no electrical power and truck wouldn’t start. After several hours it had not reset. Called a tow truck to deliver it to the dealer. Once dropped off at the dealer, the truck started but sounds like it’s running rough. Any ideas what would cause this? Ill attach a couple videos to demonstrate the problems. No the two different colors for the theme as well.
