2020 ram 1500 3.6 no crank no start have power but no start

2020 ram 1500 with a 3.6 tried to start it and nothing no clicking power to everything but the radio then after leaving the key on the dash begins to flicker and say service transmission and to drive in d until in a safe location or to shut off engine. Climbed under the truck and it sound like a click click repeatedly noise coming from inside the tranny but the starter isn’t engaging at all fuel pump primes fuses are all good battery is brand new I’m at a lose for words I need to get this fixed before Monday cause my son has a hospital appointment with a neurologist and we don’t have another vehicle at the moment. It was fine last night when I parked it no code or message someone help please

Probably need a new battery. This happens when the battery voltage is low and it can't crank. Push to start vehicles don't crank over, they just refuse to start.

So, you have a new battery, is it fully charged? No crank could be caused by a myriad of different things.
I would start by looking for an alternate ride to the appointment.
Sort that out, then return to troubleshooting the truck.
