Was using waze and pulled over to let out my wife. I disconnected my XS max, and heard what sounded like a pop...then no sound. When I tried to increase or decrease volume it was stuck on "9". While waiting for her I called Ram helpline. Basically useless got transferred 4 times to finally some guy from Sirius somehow who told me I had to shut it off, get out of the truck , leave door open for 15 seconds so it resets. Guess what it didn't work. Got home disconnected the negative for 5 minutes, reconnected. Now most apps aren't there, no usb ports showing, no backup camera, heated / ventilated seats, etc.
Hoping in time they come back.
