2020 eco diesel question

Since orders are open now, will dealerships have them on the lots in the next few months or would they be an order only type of option?

I want to lease one but the dealer I spoke with said he can't give me the price until the truck is built and out of the factory, to do that I'd have to give a $1k non refundable deposit and I'm not comfortable with that.

They did gave me an "out the door price" but couldn't give me the monthly lease payments bc they change every month...

The leases change a lot month to month but the $1000 non refundable deposit is excessive
