2020 3500 oil leak help

Noticed what looks like fresh engine oil dripping from the area where the Aisin trans connects to the engine. Dripping from the center of what I'd call the bell housing. I don't see how it could be engine oil though because it seems like it would be black to match the color of the oil on the dipstick. It's not showing low either. The trans oil isn't low and it would also be red looking, so I don't think it's trans oil. The power steering reservoir is low, it's on the add mark, could this be a power steering leak somehow dripping that far back on the bottom of the engine? 14,000 miles
