Not at all. It just gets a bit ridiculous after all. But I have been driving pickups a long time. Everything today is incredible, no matter who makes it. I see the same thing with motorcycles only we on those forums are a bit more realistic and realize the truth is very few of us are good enough to even begin to use the capabilities of what we ride. On the extreme ends of the bell curve it matters, if you are there, more power to you, literally. Besides my heavy duty half tone with the ecoboost and 3.73 rearend eats almost anybody. Driving out on the Phoenix interstates it becomes clear there are a lot of people driving these fantastic autos that don't have a clue what they are doing.
On the other hand....maybe you need the compensation?
