2019 vs 2020 TPMS

In the past I purchased 2018 Ram wheels and tires and tried to put them on my 2015 Ram but the TPMS would not function so I had to buy 2015 TPMS. Now I am looking at 2020 Ram wheels and tires and want to put them on my 2019 Ram. Will the TPMS work?

I do not know firsthand, but I would bet the farm that the second year of the DT model would have no problem with the latest TPMS frequency.

The dt wheels seem to use a 433mhz sensor, they make a sensor with dual frequencies that will do both the newer dt and the older model for the 2018’s

The sensors may be compatible, the rims are for sure not. 5 lug vs 6 lug.

Ok, so no one could answer the question definitely. Got a few "yeah they should work" or "they make a sensor with dual frequencies " which didn't answer the question.
The question is "WILL FACTORY 2020 TMPS REGISTER WITH 2019 DASH MONITOR?" Bought 2020 factory wheels/ tires/ TMPS, removed with 100 miles on them. I have a 2019 Ram 1500 and want to just swap the new wheels/tires/TPMS with my 2019 tires.
I have in the pass purchased 2018 factory tires /wheels / TPMS and when mounted on my 2015 Ram, the TPMS would not communicate with monitor/dash.

Here's my suggestion: phone or go to the dealer and ask them to look up the part number and compare the two different years. If the part number is the same, then that assures compatibility.
