2019 Ram Rebel Belt Tensioner noise

I have a 2019 Rebel with the 5.7 E torque engine has only 48000 mile. Has anyone else had any problems with the Belt Tensioner? Mine all of a sudden is making a real bad noise. Also does anyone know if there is any bulletin out on this or a recall on this, just find it strange that the Belt Tensioner has gone bad already.
