2019 Ram Laramie 12.1 inch questions

I have not seen my truck ask for an OTA update in sometime and was wondering if there is a way to make it update. Forgive me if there is an FAQ or guide somewhere but I cant find it.

I would love to get rid of the accept screen on start up and the freaking wind advisory updates!!

I am sitting in the same scenario. People with 2019 have been able to get dealers to push updates, however I am still sitting at older software when compared to others. When I go to the uconnect website it says it is up to date though
