Thought I would post about installing my camper shell on my truck. It’s a Leer 100XQ with locking rear glass. It has the fuse panel/wire harness. For the lock/unlock feature I pulled the power from the driver side under the kick plate. Pull the kick plate off and open up where the wires are contained. Unlock was a purple wire with green stripe and lock was a lime greenish wire with green stripe. I used a test light to make sure these were correct before splicing. I ran the wire through the same grommet under the mat where the brake line(I guess) made the penetration through the floorboard. It’s right behind and towards the front of the box all these wires are contained. For the 3rd brake light, above your spare, there are 3 wires attached to the main harness that aren’t attached to anything and have heat shrink on them. One of these is purple with a white stripe. That’s your brake light wire. The dome light I tied in to the switch for the bed lights. Hope this helps someone.

I ha e a Curt 55384 that I'm using to splice into. I have a snugtop camper shell and it came with usb fuse box. I'm trying to figure out the wiring and I rather not run wires all the way to the fuse panel inside the cabin.
