2019 ram 1512 inch screen front windows will not work.

My front windows and 12 inch screen will not work. But they work when it’s in ACC mode. I seen where others posted this, but have no resolution. Curious if anyone knows what is going on.

Are there any stored codes in the BCM?

I don’t have any thing to check for codes. I’ve seen others on the forum have this problem a few years back but have no resolution listed

That doesn’t mean your problem cannot be solved, but you can’t do it without performing diagnostics of any kind. It all starts with getting the codes. Take a look at our AlfaOBD threads.
