Ram 1500 @ 80K miles I ended up with what the dealer says is a cracked head. No symptoms other than coolant leak. Such a disappointment as I love the truck. Of course, powertrain warranty ends at 60K miles for this truck. Anyone else have this issue they've had to deal with? I don't drive the truck hard so it confuses me how this could happen.

It happens. Maybe a flaw in the casting, bit of slag or ?? Aluminum has much higher thermal expansion than the old cast iron engines, and cracks and warpage have been chronic low-level problems all along.
