Hi everyone, great site and excellent information on the new Rams. I bought mine back in December 2018 and love it. I recently had an issue with a water leak at the backglass and I found quite a bit of good information on this forum. I took the truck into the dealer on 10/24 and they said it was leaking from the roof panel seam. After they "repaired" it, it still leaked. I complained to FCA about the problem and took the truck back last week. Mine turned out to be missing sealant at the passenger side top of the glass. The dealer had to have a glass company pull the backglass and reseal it to resolve the problem. I have stains on my headliner from the leak and the dealer's detail people refuse to touch it saying it will destroy the liner. The dealer wants to replace the liner and that involves pulling the windshield to accomplish. I told FCA about it and they offered to reimburse the cost of having it cleaned by a 3rd party detail shop. I've cleaned a ballpoint ink mark from the sun visor using rubbing alcohol so I'm going to give it a shot on the water stains.
I've added a few modest upgrades like the Diablosport Pulsar inline tuning module, K&N hi-flow air filter, Solo Performance muffler delete, DU-HA under seat storage bin, Gator tri-fold tonneau, and custom made DuraPlus seat covers from Cal-Trend. I had to wait almost 2 months for the seat covers but they're worth it compared to the one size fits all junk everywhere else. Order the seat covers through Real Truck and you'll save around $100 compared to ordering directly from Cal Trend.
