2019 ram 1500 making a winning noise under the hood when I put in in assessory mode and starting it sounds like and electrical shortage noise . I noticed this sound when a code po441 popped up and check engine light came on brought to dealership they fixed it but this noise is still here dealership ship said they fixed it
