BATTERY. Either something left on or a parasitic draw. If the battery is too far gone, U can jump all day and not get a turn over. Old trick, pull cables from bad battery, pull up another vehicle, attach with cables from good to truck and try. JUST not sure I WOULD do that anymore on all these electronic rolling venue.
1 Year old Battery, should be Brand new one from dealer. If they putting in standard, not AGM, see if U can lean them into putting an AGM in there with a few bucks outta yer pocket. Just not sure exactly wat battery in these new ones and whether AGM or not
ADDED: Did U get a recall ref grounding wires. There was a TSB out that several ground attachment points had to be reground and attached. That could be yer issue with circuits and battery going bad. Make sure that Recall was accomplished. There were 3 total recalls on MY 19 Bighorn. NOW this was for power steering issues, but U neva know.
ARTICLE FROM WEB/CONDENSED:
The exact problem lies with a battery ground-circuit fastener that may not be secured properly. This could loosen the connection enough to create an open circuit, thus leading to inconsistent feedback and potential loss of power steering, leading to an increased risk of a crash. There have been no reports so far of crashes or injuries.
The fix itself is extremely easy. It doesn't even require any replacement parts or serious adjustments. All a dealership technician has to do is tighten the fastener. That's it and owners will be on their way. Obviously this will be done free of charge.
