After several visits to the dealer and conversations with Chrysler Customer Care they decided to replace my transmission at 56,000 miles because the shift points increased about 500+ rpm compared to the original shift points. Now 10k miles later they are back shifting high again and three visits to the dealer and three cases filed with Chrysler Customer Care I am being told there is nothing they can do and Chrysler feels they are within range and there are "no codes" so nothing to fix. When I accelerate slowly from a light the first (approx) 10mph 2000rpm, 20 mph 2200rpm, 30mph 2200rpm, 40mph 2000rpm, 50mph 2400rpm & 60mph 2400rpm then if i cruise at 60mph it stays around 2400rpm. The first 50k miles I had the truck 60mph was around 1400/1500rpm and I was getting 17mpg now I'm at 9 or 10mpg. I drove two coworkers trucks with the same Hemi and transmission and they shift how my truck originally shifted. Looking for any input as to how to fight this issue with Chrysler as well as comparisons on the shift points.
