Everything boots up and works as it should, minus no sound at all, from any function to include Navigation, AM/FM, Bluetooth, and SirusXM. Volume display goes all the way up, no sound. Display works fine.
Disconnected battery for 10 minutes
Did soft reset
Did hard reset
Cycled through all functions (tried the AM fix)
Turned truck on and off repeatedly.
Checked for current software update
No current recalls.
any suggestions? Did they ever find an ACTUAL fix for this?
