I currently have this system installed on my truck at setting number 7

I’m looking at installing CST 4” spindle lift to get extra height. What would I need for the rear to make sure the truck is leveled.
I know nothing about suspension so any help is gladly appreciated. I want to keep the same shocks so I believe I need shock extenders for the rear.
Appreciate the help.
