Just purchased 2019 ram (new to me) CPO from dealer. For some reason my Ram will not activate att wifi. I can enter my vin on their site and it says it’s not valid. Took it back to the dealer and they had to submit a UVDR (I think they called it) to Ram to have it activated but that didn’t work. They asked me to take it to a local dealer for service as the one I purchased it from is over an hour away. Appointment isn’t for a couple weeks. Any ideas?
