2019 Promaster 1500- transmission fail

We have a 2019 promaster 1500 with a failed transmission and sitting at the dealership since 2023 June. There's maybe 50,000km on it.

We first had issues with the car not being able to reverse when put into gear, and upon bringing it to the dealership, we were told we need an entire transmission replacement.

9 months later, still no sign of a replacement transmission and zero updates from our dealership while we have been paying the monthly finance for a truck that is of no use to our business.

Has anyone had a similar issue?! This is a work vehicle and without a doubt costing our business tens of thousands of dollars over the last 9 months!
