2019 Passive entry issue

today I installed passive entry on my truck for just the driver side door got everything ran correctly hooked you and went through the Alfaobd software and programmed everything that was suppose to be enabled. disconnected the power cable on the battery for 20 minutes, hooked it back up after and passive entry still not working. I put the white pin into 11c and the black pin into 17d on the harness and for the antenna I put the red wire into pin 19 and white into pin 20. Anyone have and information on what to next?

Installed passive entry last weekend on my truck did all the programming in alfaobd, disconnected both battery cables for half an hour and hooked everything back up, did a few power cycles and I have the settings turned on under the doors and lock settings on the head unit and system still not working. Anyone have any suggestions, I am at a loss. I haven’t had an issue installing the oem power runner boards and bed lights

Did you try posting in the how to thread? Lots of people in there with knowledge. I would say there is an issue with your wiring or door install. Did you make sure to install the end caps? Something that happened to me on the passenger side was when I put the window down, it caught the wire and pulled it out.

I ran the wire harness and routed it exactly how they said to do it on here also tested the wiring and have power.

Why did you post this again? Anyway, I would double check everything. All the settings and all the wiring. This is a really simple mod and you just missed something. I've done a lot of mods and when they don't work, it's mostly something I missed.
