2019 never received Uconnect Update

Looking for a path forward here. It looks like I'm still on original software and application versions (see attached). How can I update ? I use the online tool and it says there are no updates. I saw the Google doc that describes how to update the application versions but this does not clarify if it also updates the software/EQ/etc.

Pretty sure mine hasn't updated in years..

There is a thread on here that shows you where and how to download & manually update.. I couldn't get it to work and now that I'm out of warranty, I just don't want to risk it bricking. ..but, many others have used the directions and been able to update their systems.
