2019 lifts

Does anyone here know if it is possible to lift or put a leveling kit on a 2019 Ram 2x4 with factory airbags?

I'm assuming you mean the 5th gen (DT) model, not the classic? If so, then yes, there are a few. Maxtrac and ReadyLift make lift kits that fit 2WD Rams, for sure. There are multiple leveling kit options out there, too. There are also more options for lift kits if you want to get into a more extensive build, depending how big you want to go. I just talked to a guy at a local shop about this yesterday.

The fun thing is that a lot of suspension parts for 2wd and 4wd will fit each other. It would be worth looking at the part numbers of the oem front bags, because I’d venture a guess they’re the same for both.
