2019 Dodge Ram1500 Bighorn filler door won’t lock

Not true. The fuel door on the Ram 2019 locks when truck is locked with the remote key or door button. It did when I got it Now is not locking.

Really? If that's the case then mine has never worked
keep trying, you’ll get it to lock. has to be a sequence of remote key and door button, two or three times each. If that doesn’t work, a dealer visit may be needed.

Mine doesn't lock and I've checked locked trucks of various trims at the dealers lot and I couldn't find one that lock either.

Only the 2028 Ram 1500 Super Limited will have the option package of a locking fuel door, front and rear GE thrusters with rear reverse thrusters, and a genuine GAU-8 Avenger 30mm gatling gun mounted on top of the roof. Ford engineers have donned Depends as their still trying to find a way to make the Raptor as bada$$.

It’s an issue with the Bluetooth lock. Try unpairing and repairing your device.

They sent an update out though the uconnect for that. Now you need to manually lock and unlock the tailgate five times, then each door manually five times each. Then hit the lock button on the key fob, and it should be locked after that.
