2019 bighorn hemi tailgate replacement

Hey guys inheriting a 2019 Ram 1500 crew cab torque color code PW7 from a family member and it’s got 72000 miles on it but kept meticulously. The only issue is there is a dent on the tailgate that I need to replace asap. Do you know if the 2500 tailgates are a direct fit? I found a place that has a bunch of take offs. Also is there anything I should do ie spark plugs etc at this mileage? I hear the mds is a problem, tick etc I just want to keep this baby humming.

No, they are not from everything I've seen. And MDS and "tick" aren't an issue from everything I've heard.
