2019 8.4 rebooting

Hi everyone, have the 8.4 with nav on my 2019. Last week it started rebooting every 3min30sec . GPS isn't working, map has.me somewhere else and no singal. Time is off and everytime it renootes it loses time with it set to manual. Also a few setting reset to default.

Tires
Disconnect battery
Fuses
Disconnected the antenna

No updates on the uconnect site but I have never had an update. Anyone have any update file they could share? Was hoping to rewrite the os in case maybe it's just corrupt.

Or is this hardware?

Ill also add that because it keeps rebooting it kills the battery overnight.

Device not supported comes up also after rebooting frequently, but there is no device connected. Would love to just get the USB file to reflash it to try. Having the battery drain because it's rebooting constantly is a pain.
