2019 5.7 coolant leak

Hi. I have a 19 ram 1500 with the 5.7l only 37k miles. Had the over temperature light come on pulling in my driveway. Found it low on coolant so I added distilled water to fill. It will idel and hold temperature but i found a drip coming off the back of cylinder 7 at the head gasket. Unsure if there is a coolant line above it under the intake manifold leaking down or my head gasket. Warrenty expired a few months ago and the dealer isn't willing to help. Any guesses from this photo?

I had something like that, dripped over the starter then onto the ground. Got the gasket changed under powertrain warranty, but leaked still, so it went to the machine shop "apparently" to make it true, then gasket installed again. been good since. but I have had to change the starter, opened it up and I could see that fluid got into it
