Hey guys this is my first time ever posting something on a ram forum. I recently went to get the state inspection in my fathers 2019 ram 3500 dually megacab and they gave me a paper with a list of recalls, and he wasn't to worried about the small stuff. But he was concerned about the fuel pump recall and the transmission fluid leak. Anyone have any suggestions or advice cause now he wants to sell it but we aren't too sure. Will Ram dealerships do anything ? Or is this even a big problem because I continue to see tons of these trucks still on the road. Live in permian basin so I see lots of these trucks hotshoting and oilfiled work trucks.

Recalls will be taken care of (at no cost to you) by the dealer. It's up to you, or your father, if you want to have them addressed - but if you want to sell it, then you should get them closed out.

And by the way, welcome to the forum. If you have any truck-specific questions in the future, you might consider joining the sister site, www.HDRams.com, which is dedicated to the heavy duty Ram trucks. This site focuses on the 5th Gen (1500 DT) trucks.

Yes, it's a beast - I love every minute I spend in it. Unfortunately, it eats like a beast too. Takes premium fuel, and averages somewhere around 11 mpg. Here's a shot of the fuel log I keep:
