Bought a 2019 a year ago. One day after a rain i open the hood to look at something and i heard water swishing within the hood. When i raised it completely up water drained out the back corners like crazy. Thought it was a fluke so i checked it again after a rain and again the same thing happened. I noticed a gap between the hood ornament and body. There was no gasket seal and i don't believe Ram used them on any truck (i could be wrong). So i silicone around the ornament but still the same thing. I figured it would stop or really limit the water from entering the hood but i was wrong. Even after a wet snow the same amount of water came out when i raised the hood. Any one having this issue?

Welcome to the forum. Since this is the 5th gen 1500 forum I doubt you'll get much of a response to this question. You might try asking this over on the HD forum.
