2018 wrangler jl

Hello everyone,
I have I 2018 jl and I was driving it today when I stopped at a light it started to shake got a message "shift into p and select gear" did not turned off I kept driving it I was about 2 blocks from home, when I got home I turned it off and on again no issues. does anyone knows what it could be
