20' Laramie on 22s need taller tire

I'm looking to use my stock 22" rims but need more sidewall to fill the empty space between top of the stock 285/45 r22 tire to fender lip ..
I'm at stock ride height in rear with 2" level in front..
Was thinking 295/55 r22
Or 305/55 r22
A/T or R/T tire suggestions ????
