Hey all..

I currently have the Maxtrac 2" rear level with a coil cut to be 2.5" and completely level.

I'm wanting to go lower now.. looking at the Maxtrac 2/4" lowering kit.

I've heard awful things about the ride quality.. so I'm curious, those of you who have lowered, how are you getting around the rough rear ride?

I know there's control arms to help with the front alignment, but worried about ride quality.

Someone mentioned that old Ford Ranger shocks help a lot.. but not sure on the truth to that, so looking to gather some more info.

Thanks in advance!

How does your truck ride with just the rear lowered 2”? Does it sag much if you’re carrying a load?
