19K miles and it wont up-shift

Got in my Laramie 5.7-Liter / eTorque engine 8HP75 tyranny and and it would not shift out of low gear ? No response whilst tweaking gear selector or 4WD/2WD selection buttons. Ran great yesterday ? Reverse OK

Did you by chance happen to bump the gear limiter button on the steering wheel? happened to my wife shortly after buying our truck. She called me all upset because our new truck was broke already. I asked her if she could have maybe bumped that little gear limiter and she sheepishly said "maybe". No problems since, so that is likely what happened with her.
