Looking at new wheels, optimal would be 18x9 -12 (+1 offset would work aswell) but the current one im looking at Black Rhino Rotorua only comes as 18x9.5 -12 or 18x9.5 +12.

i got a 2020 Limited stock air suspension and not planning any lift and i searched and should fit 295/70-18 with none to minor rub with 18x9 +1 but how would the Rotorua wheels effect -12 vs +12 on stock setup?

A 9.5" wheel with -12 offset will stick 19mm further out and 7mm further in then a +1 9" wheel.
A 9.5" wheel with a +12 offset will stick In 17mm more on the inside and 5mm less on the outside.

Whether or not that will fit your truck I have no idea?

if your not getting a lift, at least level the front end. you will be happy and gives more turning radius so tires wont rub (if your going bigger)
