Hi All,

Now that the GM refresh will include two new models - ZR2 and AT4X, do you think Stallantis might answer with a 1500 Power Wagon Trim? It looks like they will come out with a 2500 Rebel so why not a 1500 Power Wagon? I think it would sell well. I apologize if this was brought up before.

Thanks,

Jim

The only benefit I can see for a 2500 Rebel is that, unlike the PW you be able to get it with the Cummins diesel. What would be the benefit of a 1500 PW over a Rebel?

I can only imagine as a trim package in terms of cosmetics, or maybe a front locker option like the ZR2 is going to have?

It does make sense for the 2500 Off-Road package to get a diesel option since the gas motor sucks down so much fuel, but even then, the engineers working on the PW stated the reason for the gas engine only is that the diesel engine didn't really work well with it's stated mission, but it looks like they changed their mind since it appears to be a Cummins based Rebel 2500 in the works.
