Plenty of people have done it. You can search for it on here and should be able to find the guide on it.
I've already done the 12in screen swap just wanted to add wifi with the uc5 and what all is needed

Wifi is part of the swap. There isn't something else to add. Are you asking about Hotspot wifi? If so, I don't believe you can do that with a swap. And there has been issues getting it working with AT&T.
