12 inch update on dec 2 and problems

12 inch uconnect sound quality got louder and full of static. Took to dealer and got the update done. Fixed for 2 days then after activating camera main screen goes black when you exit any camera mode. Next start up the navigation never located the vehicle. Unhooked battery and reconnected overnight. In the morning everything worked until 12 pm. The loud static sound quality returned everything else working perfectly. Turned off vehicle and back on sound fixed but now blue screen camera unavailable. WTF. Did they install the update incorrectly or something else wrong. HELP.
