12 inch screen XM presets loss after each shut off

Ram 2020 2500 6.7L Diesel. My first 12 inch U connect radio was replaced at 5000 miles due to trying to download XM which never happened. Now that problem is fixed. 10 days later now XM presets are lost after every restart SMH anyone seen this? The XM stations are still accessable through the favorites star tho.

That sucks , I haven’t had any issues with mine at all .

The 12 inch unit is a different animal compared to the 8.4. You have to create a listener profile before it will save your presets.
