12" 4C update issues --- Error 20

My truck for the past week has been trying to update over the air but keeps getting "error 20" after trying to complete the upload. It's currently on 39.7 -- should I just update manually with a memory stick?

If you have the file, yes, I'd try doing it manually

Was just able to update to 39.9 and now I'm doing 40.1. Is 40.1 the newest U4 update?

Is there any difference in the application version you need if you have a 12 inch screen vs 8 or some other size?

Thanks. I just bought my 2021 Ram 1500 last Saturday. I wasn't until about 3 days later that I notice the OEM navigation GPS wasn't working. I'm hoping this update helps. Does anyone have any other ideas to why the GPS can't find where it is?

The Nav is separate from the firmware update. If Nav can't find satellites might have issues with antenna
