0w20 vs 5w20 vs 5w30

I know 2022 calls for 0w20.

But ive also heard thats only in America to make fuel consumption go down.

europe and elsewhere uses 5w20 for 5th gen hemis.

we get 0.5mpg better gas milage at the expense of 10% more wear on the engine.

I also saw a dude on youtube put 5w30. and his MDS is running fine, and his hemi tick is gone.

anyone have similar experience on using 5w20/30 and seeing or not seeing issues come from this? im thinking about going full 5w30.
