I have a strange problem with my 2019 Laramie 1500’s 12in Uconnect system. The unit just stopped playing any audio. No XM, Radio, or usb. The Nav and climate controls work fine as does the backup camera. I’ve had this problem off and on for almost 2yrs, it happens for 2-3 months then starts working fine again for months. I sent It to a local dealer and they tried to fix it twice, they even replaced the module behind the screen. The truck is now out of warranty so I just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this problem? If so, what is the fix?
