rear parking sensors

Hey all, I was just curious if anybody that has experience with the Mopar tonneau cover could tell me if it's normal for it to be rubbing and scratching the top plastic piece of the tailgate? Initially I was under the impression that it was a result of a sloppy installation by the dealership...

So my 21 ram with the 12 inch touchscreen and parking sensors started having issues. The truck shows a message and says rear sensor temporarily unavailable. What happens next is strange the back up camera, and radio don’t work right. Camera won’t work at all, and radio plays audio for 5 seconds...
