ram 1500 2019

I just got subwoofers installed about 2 weeks ago. 2 12’s 800W a piece, and a 1200 W amp. Yesterday morning it started misfiring. The 3rd cylinder. I was wondering if that could have anything to do with it or if it’s likely something else? Less than 70k miles. Error Code P0303 and a pending P0300

I have an issue that just started - truck has 110,000 miles. It appears to be a mild grinding noise when driving straight or turning and it is intermittent. I posted a video and you can hear it (disregard the internal noise and it's my kids car seat) no idea and local garage can't find anything...
