multiple dead fuses

Hey all, I’ll try this here but I’m struggling.. truck ran fine last night, went to fire it up for work today.. completely dead.. used the emergency key to get in and alarm just blares… disconnected negative from the battery.. 30 minutes later… same issue.. fob batteries are new… I’m scratching...

I I just bought my truck about a month ago and it's been in an accident so salvage title it's had electrical problems I found it was missing some fuses I replaced those and my stereo started working again but my fuel mileage dropped down to 10 and a half miles a gallon and it's throwing a code...
