    Transmission question

    I have a 2022 Ram it started down shifting hard after dealer did a PCM/TCM update they have since put 2 new transmissions in it and continues to down shift hard, any ideas what it could be? Is it possible to install the wrong update for the PCM/TCM?

    "Bump" when truck downshifts into 1st gear.

    Does anyone else experience an intermittent "bump" or "thud" when the truck downshifts into first gear? It seems to only happen about 50% of the time. It also almost feels like it lurches the truck forward as well.
