    IHC 3/5 Lowering Kit on 2020 RAM 1500 4x4

I ground the stops completely smooth and still had reduced turning radius with the IHC kit.

Lowering Coil-Overs - Ridetech or Belltech

I started off with the IHC 3/5 drop kit. Looked great but the loss of turning radius event after cutting the stops off was just too much. Kept IHC rear and got the Belltech fully adjustable dropped coil-overs. I could never find the right feel with them. Too stiff or to soft, no in between. I...

    Belltech and 22’s

I bought the hubs for 20" and put them on with the drop spindles. Bolt pattern is identical. No ABS issues. Been running them for a few thousand miles now.

    IHC 5/3 drop kit issues

I had a squeaking issue with mine also. Sounded like the springs. But I narrowed it down to the sway bar links. I pulled mine apart and greased the small metal tube that runs through the bushings. Easy way to find out is to just loosen the nuts and bolts on the links, then jounce the rear...

Official Ivory White Tri-Coat Pearl Thread

Love the Ivory pearl. Had it ceramic coated with Owners Pride ceramic. It really sparkles in the sun. Only upside to bright white would be easier to match if it got scratched.

    Rock Crawler’s 2/4 Drop Saga

I don't have this kit. Still using IHC springs in the rear for now. I just pulled all the IHC front components off and installed the Belltech front sport struts set to -3" and installed the Maxtrac camber/caster correcting upper control arms. I got my turning radius back! Rides so much...

    Rock Crawler’s 2/4 Drop Saga

Not sure if you already tried this. Looking at your photos after installation, and the install video on the Timbergrove website, it appears you have the bracket direction backwards. Flipping the mounting position of the rod and sliding the clamped bracket rearwards them may get you enough...

    feedback on your lowering

I installed the IHC 3/5 drop kit on mine. The adjustable upper control arms allowed me to get the alignment within factory specs. The turning radius loss was very noticeable. The ride quality isn't terrible, but is bouncy. I have since swapped rear shocks for QA-1 fully adjustables. Also...

    Rock Crawler’s 2/4 Drop Saga

I installed QA1 dual adjustable shocks on mine with the IHC rear setup. Been adjusting compression and rebound slowly and driving a few days to get a feel for the adjustments. Getting really close to my ideal ride feel. Its amazing how much difference 1 click makes.

    Rock Crawler’s 2/4 Drop Saga

Ideally, adjustable control arms would be the way to go. If your axle is way off center, it can affect thrust angle. I'm looking at the core4x4 adjustable upper and lower arms so I can also adjust my pinion angle. How do the Timbergrove air bags ride in the rear?

    Rock Crawler’s 2/4 Drop Saga

I'm impressed with the after adjustment readings. I've been running the IHC upper arms, but I like the look of the MaxTrac arms. Just curious, why didn't you get the thrust angle closer to zero with the track bar?

    Rock Crawler’s 2/4 Drop Saga

Yes, the TD903 shocks will work for 4" drop. I installed them this week and have been adjusting them to my liking. The lower shock bushing tubes need to be swapped over or get some grade 8 bolts with a solid shank.

3/5 IHC Drop Kit Turning Radius

Did you grind off the stops on the knuckles? I cut them flush and sanded the knuckle smooth. Still had reduced radius. My solution was to return to stock lower control arms and use Belltech adjustable coilovers to drop it.

    Rock Crawler’s 2/4 Drop Saga

    1. The ride is very smooth now that I adjusted the compression and rebound on the struts. 2. I have not tack welded anything. I have checked the bolts a few times in approximately 3000 miles. No movement. I have had noise from the rear sway bar end links a few times. Those are going to be...
