Hi all,
Sad news - my 2022 Ram Limited that I special ordered last year and had to wait 3 months to get got stolen. I have it on video. It took the thief about 15-20 minutes of sitting in the car to take it. I can see the computer turning on and off multiple times, so my guess is he plugged...
You have way more patience than I do. I'm going to give this about 1 more month and then trade it in. If I have to eat a few grand, so be it. I spend enough time in my car that I can't have it this way. I'll just never buy another FCA vehicle as long as I live if that's what I end up doing...
I need to check the wheels and tires. I hope that's all it is. I don't mind springing for a new set if it solves the problem. I just don't want to shell out the money and then still have the problem. Any ideas how I can get loaner wheels?
I took it up to 20 mph on the stands. I pulled the fuse for the abs to make sure the traction control didn't kick in. I think I'm going to check all the u joints and wheels next.
I've read that entire thread. The problem that I am imagining is happening there is a shake at certain speeds which is due to a harmonic of some vibration that they haven't figure out the cause of yet. I had that with an Oldsmobile 98 I had about 25 years ago. I got it to 65mph and it would...
I spend the majority of my driving in 2wd. If it's raining or wet, I switch to 4 auto. I haven't used 4 high or low except for testing. No difference in any of the modes.
I've checked both front and rear driveshafts. They look ok. That's actually why I put it up on jack stands and ran it...
Thank you all for your thoughtful replies. I appreciate your help.
The CEL came on last night, so it looks like it's going back to another dealer.
It seems like this problem on my truck comes and goes somewhat. There are times that I'm driving it and there's obviously a major problem, and at...
Thank you for that. I may see if I can swap the wheels out to see if that changes the shaking. If it does, I'll buy some aftermarket wheels. I'd hate to spend a few grand on wheels and then have it not fix the issue.

I did that after I had them balanced by Discount Tire. They haven't moved at all. I'm going to have to take it to another dealer and see what they say.
My truck has passive dampers on it rather than active dampers. I guess there was a shortage of the active ones when it was built. I have switched it to manual mode and driven it and it does the same thing. And, since the dampers are passive, this should have been happening since day 1 if it...
They were not road force balanced. I took them to Discount Tire and had them balance and rotate them. I would imagine they didn't do anything special. I would have no problem buying a better set of tires for this truck if I knew that was the problem. It currently has Bridgestone Dueler H/L...
Hi all,
I hope someone on here has had this same problem as me and can help me out. I have a 2022 Limited 1500 that I bought new 7/22. For the first 4000 miles it was perfect. Then it started having the problem where it shakes at all speeds, slow or fast. It’s not teeth rattling, but it’s...
Hi all. Somehow the windshield driver corner trim piece of my 2022 ram 1500 limited has turned up missing. Anyone know the part number for this so I can order a new one? Thanks!
I ordered a truck similar to yours (mine is pearl white and no night edition, but otherwise exactly the same) from MD on 3/23. Hopefully I'll get it in the next 2 months. That would be nice. It seems like a crapshoot with regard to the timing.
